Best!!!! Staff, they are so kind. One of them can speak English, but other staff are try to communicate with translator. They have the tea room on the first floor and we can stay there, talk to them and other guests. It is so homey, like stay at home with my friend and family, we spend the night on the table tea haha. Other best thing is park ticket reservation. The staff has reservation service with no extra charge. So they will booking every ticket for you. And you don't have to do anything, just get yourself there. They will plan everything for you with the proper schedule for that season.

Location is perfect , walk few minutes to the park entrance. The host and staff was very friendly and helpful with planning the route about the National Park. Perfect design with local style room ,which is beautiful and very warm. The staff was so kind to help get all the tickets we wanted for our travel.

So good! Staff was incredible, so hospitable and kind. The cave bar was a really cool part of it, and in house free breakfast was killer! beautiful room, amazing service, and RIGHT next to the East gate of the park! super short walk.
