One thing that's challenging to find in Colombia is a quiet place to stay and at Azulejo, it was super quiet. It might be a little bit inconvenient that it isn't located a little closer to town, but I'll take the longer walk (approx 20 mins to the plaza principal) in exchange for the peace and quiet any day. The people who ran things were super nice. The breakfast was great and served at the exact time requested and for all these reasons and more, I ended up staying several extra days there . Lots of hot water for the shower and it was a bonus that they had a full kitchen plus washer/dryer to use for guests. A sweet little paradise! The people here are all so wonderful, friendly, and helpful. It’s a beautiful garden with cute little houses, lots of colorful birds flying around, and an amazing view. I wish I could have stayed longer!

This is a great and comfortable two bedroom apartment. It’s a new construction in a new neighborhood just outside Jerico. The house has a lot of cool architectural features, including skylights, carved doors and high ceilings. The houses in the development are very cute, however, and the views from the second floor windows are picture perfect. With all the birds flying by, it felt like they were living postcards. I just couldn’t tire to look out the windows. The apartment has two balconies and you can pull out a chair and enjoy them there as well The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also the cheapest place we stayed in Colombia making it an excellent value and thus contributing to my rating. The owner was very nice and friendly. The place was clean, the washing machine worked well, there is ample space to hung your laundry in the laundry room and it all dried by our second day There is street parking just in front of the apartment
