I really liked it-the property was Clean, modern, and the staff was very welcoming. The hotel had a great ambience and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. I also love the location super convenient and walkable to everything I needed .

My credit card company charged me twice and paid hotel twice. They were so helpful and gave us back the 2nd payment in cash. Some hotels might have put me through many steps to get the 2nd payment back...but Ohana Beach hotel desk quickly confirmed the 2nd payment and refunded in cash! Great customer service and cooperative! Had to depart hotel before breakfast was being served. The kitchen opened early to make the two of us breakfast so we could eat before leaving so early...wonderful service!

    One of the BEST locations we have ever been! From Playas bus terminal it's a 15 minutes, 5$ taxi ride. Thus, no problems to get there. We took supplies from Playas with as there are no restaurants or shops around. We stayed in the flat . You see and hear the sea from the bed and have direct beach access. Hosts are super friendly. We can recommend the 2h hike along the sea to Playas. There's even a blue-footed booby (birds typically for Galapagos Islands) colony to be seen. Will come again :)
