The kind lady at the front desk was so helpful with information. She was friendly and took her time to explain to us about the bus to the train. She looked up the schedule, explained where to go to catch the bus and how much it would cost. She knew where to send us to eat when our Hotel restaurant was closed for the holiday. When we didn’t know it was a holiday she took the time to tell us about Victory Day. She was a world of knowledge and so much help to us. the beds were comfortable, there were extra pillows in the closet, the location is the best, the shower had plenty of warm/hot water and very good pressure and we had a view out our Juliet balcony and the river of Mont Saint Michel.

Perfectly situated for our visit to Mont Saint Michel. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very nice too. Shuttle bus to Mont Saint Michel just down the road and lovely restaurants within easy walking distance.

It s location n the fact that s in ‘hundreds years old’ establishment , inside the room despite its small , I think it s pretty modern in its own way ( compare to many spooky room in others old town ) , the only suggestion I can make is the quality of the bed mattress , mattress is too soft ( when u sit or sleep it will bend ) …. Other than this I m super reccommend this hotel

Our room has been recently renovated and was well furnished and comfortable with plenty of room and a lovely outlook. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had breakfast and dinner included so it was great value. For a few extra euros, we could have the famous omelette which was delicious. Highly recommend staying overnight on the island. We were very glad to be able to see the village without the crowds and visit the Abbeye first thing, again without too many people.

    Probably the most comfortable bed I have experienced in France.. I find most beds to be too firm for me. The staff is amazing. The shower has ample room and the pressure was appreciated. The location, across from the shuttle was convenient, but we opted to walk to Mont-Saint-Michel. Very dog friendly as well!

    Stunning location and view from my room, really big and comfortable beds and room with nice little touches like a coffee machine. Dog friendly (our dog loved to just nap on the carpet and having a big balcony to smell the fresh air outside)
