Having the loch right next to the hotel as well as the rolling mountains gave the location an excellent back drop. We never took our pup but the hotel is very dog-friendly! We enjoyed dinner at the Rafters Bistro, very tasty and had excellent customer service. We loved listening to the owls at night, going on gorgeous hikes every day, and spending time together as a family. The breakfast had a good selection and the cooked breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spacious and the double bed was very comfortable. Liked how dog friendly the hotel was. The staff were incredibly friendly and hard working. The swimming pool was nice and there was a snooker table which was free to use which we enjoyed playing.
