The room was comfortable and very clean with nice amenities. The staff was friendly. And the restaurant on the main floor was exceptional. There was live music the night I stayed there and even though I didn’t go down, I enjoyed it from my room. Was wonderful to have a full Scottish breakfast and lots of other choices as well

The selling point about this place is the view! It's in a fantastic location. Only 10 minute walk to local pub which is very friendly. Staff were awesome. We were delayed with traffic and arrived around 2000 after the reception closed. They were more than happy to come and check us in.

We had a wonderful stay with Marian and her mother. They both were so friendly. The breakfast was very Scottish and a lot of variety. The view out of the back door is gorgeous, with sheep roaming around in the fields all around and mountains far down in the distance!

    Overall the lodge is lovely, it is a lot bigger than expected with 3 bedrooms in total. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need in self catered accommodation. Location wise, it’s brilliant for exploring that side of the Trossachs - a short drive up to Callander. The property is dog friendly which was great for us - but note the extra fee for the dogs that is paid on arrival. This was £50 for 2 dogs. There is an enclosed garden but you have to go out the front (on the main road) to get to the garden entrance.

    The apartment was beautiful & absolutely immaculate. It had everything we needed & more. The location was idyllic. Looking out over the river from the living area felt so peaceful & rural. Yet when you leave the apartment you reach the Main Street in just a few minutes walk. This was just perfect & we didn’t want to leave. And had the added bonus of being dog friendly The owners are very helpful & communication was great

    The host was very kind and helpful. The location is perfect especially if you have a dog. Lots of beautiful walks. Many dog friendly pubs and shops. Loved having the garden and the terrace. We had quite bad weather but it didn't stop us from having a great time. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace that has got a roof and drinking a cup of tea and listening to the rain. I can highly recommend it. Very quiet location. Perfect if you just want to relax . Walking distance to the pubs and shops. Thanks a lot to Tom and Angela for having us.
