Location is fantastic!! The staff have dealt very well with Covid and we felt safe yet special! Breakfast was a packed lunch style we did not have time to try! Coffee facilities in the room are great and we can not wait to come back and stay! We were in a pet friendly room with our dog and she was snug and slept for hours after a long walk!
Very central location, great room as advertised. Shower large and very hot, big bed and useful facilities such as fridge and microwave oven (although we didn’t use). Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We chose Fraser Suites as it allows dogs and upon checkin we received a helpful list of nearby restaurants and bars that are dog friendly, staff loved the dog and couldn’t do enough to help.

The place was pet friendly and accommodated our dog and young family. Fantastic location close to shopping, train station and attractions. Would recommend to a friend and would stay there again.
From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 2 nights and had brought our little dog with us, and there was a dog bed and water bowl in the room ready for her. It was a lovely touch, as usually staying in a hotel with my dog i have to bring everything for her so this was lovely! We had the breakfast buffet which was so so nice and inexpensive for what you get. The location is right bang in the old town (Parliament Square/Royal Mile) and I absolutely loved the whole experience.
