The individual rooms were lovely and very comfortable and clean. The cottage was extremely well situated for what we wanted. The ironing board was missing but the owner, Neil, very quickly delivered one to us.

The Flat inside is beautiful .Everything inside and outside are as described via the Booking website photos. The owner Andrew is very helpful, and he quickly got our parking permit sorted. The location was wonderful, about 15 minute walk to our family gathering location. All local shops near by plus train station if needed. Fab local Gin Bar around the corner, a must. Such a shame we had to leave on Sunday afternoon and not complete our full stay which we paid for. Left a day early.

    Property is old and we were allocated a small lodge which was also very old and run down. It was clean but that is about all that could be said about it. The carpets in the main building worn and the hotel could do with total refurbishment. For a person staying alone, staying apart from the main hotel might be an issue. The food in the restaurant was just ok.
