Staff were very friendly and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble. We had an early start on the first morning, so a member of organised a breakfast tray to be sent to our room before breakfast time. Food was excellent quality, with good portions. The lounge area where we ate was well maintained with a cosy feel. Bedroom was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Pat is very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. She even offered a lift to the wedding venue we were attending. The place is lovely and had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing!

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Over night there was heavy snow and we were permitted to stay in the hotel while the roads were clear. This act of kindness meant a great deal for us as there were no other dog friendly places that we could get to with the funds being so bad. The local shop was closed and we had no food so we were given toast to see us through while waiting. Thank you.

Perfect location to get away from it all but still close enough to enjoy the local amenities. Views were awesome and the accommodation was warm and cosy. Bellingham is a beautiful village to visit I couldn't recommend it high enough.

    The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We arrived with our service dog and the staff made sure his stay was relaxing as possible, providing a water bowl and treats occasionally. It really made us relaxed as we were a bit nervous. The manager, grounds staff and reception and restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and kind.
