Actually it was an exceptional experience. It was like I was on another planet. Neighbourhoods were so welcomed people and helpful. And the most important part, is that the owner and his wife specifically and his daughter, were so flexible and helpful people and have sweet heart. They even took me to there house and gave us fresh cherries just harvested, and fresh eggs from their chickens which were running around us. They made our day by having an amazing fresh breakfast. I recommend it to everyone who needs and wants to calm down and take a holiday away of the world noise. My family loved this place and will make it again for sure.

I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Alissachni Seaside Hotel. The real question is…what DIDN’T we like?!?! This charming hotel in the middle of the mountains of Planitero was exactly as advertised and so much more. To sleep, wake up and eat with the sight and sound of a river was a calming way to start, continue and end each day. The hotel itself was like the like photos on the site, but again…so much more than a picture will describe. Not only incredibly clean, but felt warm and cozy. Not cluttered with too many unnecessary details. It felt genuine. The rooms were perfect in every way. Comfortable beds, comfortable sheets. Fantastic after a long day of traveling around. The complimentary breakfast was delightful!!! A perfect way to start the day. With a meal by a calm, babbling brook Coffee lovers with enjoy their special blend (made especially for the hotel) Meats, cheeses, homemade bread, yogurt, homemade marmalade and jam and also their own honey!! The hotel owners (one sister and two brothers) were I think the best part of the stay. Free to have a conversation. Incredibly helpful of where to go around the area. Just….really nice people. Genuine. I would recommend this place to anyone who want to get away from the worries of the world and be enchanted by this Grecian gem.

What a view! Such a relaxing stay, simply the perfect place to spend a couple of days after walking up and down bustling Athens. Iphigenia and the whole staff are very friendly and breakfast was yummy! We were intimidated by the steep narrow road uphill, but the view is so worthy. The room is beautiful, ample, modern. The private pool is just WOW. The whole property looks brand new and there was some construction going on but it didn't take away from our stay. Again the view! From the pool we could see across the Gulf of Corinth the highest mountains near Delphi. So beautiful, I did not want to leave.
