The hospitality shown by Septi and family (I hope I spelled it right!) was amazing! Lumajang can be difficult to reach but they organized a driver from Malang for us, allowed us to use their scooters for the waterfalls, and even drove us to dinner one night! They helped with laundry, booking train tickets, and had delicious breakfasts and fruit for snacks! The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in while traveling Asia and the hot water was actually hot! Very central location to restaurants and the waterfalls.
