Excellent service from checkin to checkout, very charming, comfortable hotel. Lovely dinner (with a wonderful guitarist serenading us!!). Easy to get to and from Shannon Airport. Loved going to this hotel and this town, a little off the beaten track, but well worth visiting if you want to see the real Ireland-can't wait to return!!

It's a newly refurbished cottage located next to a real medieval castle, and the views of the water and the horses, dogs, and goqts that are nearby are incredible! Paul and Anne were great hosts. Also, that coal stove in the livingroom was nice for the cold and rainy nights!

This was a really fun and unique place to stay. Feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere but groceries, cafes and restaurants just 10-15 minutes away. Paul, the proprietor, was delightful and took us around the property to have a look at the grounds and castle. They’re getting underway after just finishing building so a few nits to work out but really great couple nights there.
