The beds were so comfortable, we slept wonderfully. We felt so spoiled staying in such a nice place. The room was large and we really liked having the bedroom upstairs. The pool, after they turned the heat up, was terrific for relaxing after a hike on the Alpe. The soundproofing in the rooms was excellent. It was so quiet at night, and the mountain right in front was very photogenic.

It was amazing hotel had nice pool and hot tub with beautiful views. Breakfast was incredible. Dinner was superb. Nice and very professional staff. Hotel manager was amazing gave us lot of information and helpful tips and recommendations. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect- walking distance to the town center. This hotel was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights in December and it totally exceeded expectations. The restaurant was top notch, we had all our meals here during our 3 night stay and it was all delicious. Large breakfast buffet, excellent lunch buffet, multi-course dinner, just the best! All the staff were helpful and genuine. What really made this hotel outstanding were the pool and spa facilities. It was all very modern and stylish, even in December the rooftop pool is open and heated which was my favorite place to spend the afternoons. Multiple saunas and other spa facilities, it was all clean and never felt crowded. Kastelruth is such a perfect little village, this was my third time staying there but my first time at this hotel. I would love to return and stay for longer next time.

A unique place to stay with amazing design, everything you need inside, a huge terrace and amazing view. We felt very welcome, the owners have made a great job on hospitality and creating an amazing atmosphere. There is a comfortable parking on the zero floor of the building. In the nearby house there is a horse stable, and we enjoyed watching the horses. We will definitely return again.

    Beautifully located apartment in a small town close to Castelrotto. The ski resorts can be reached both by car and by ski bus leaving directly from the guesthouse. The owner is very nice and very helpful. We can buy local jahka from the farm and order bread. We traveled with our own dog, which was delighted with the presence of rabbits, goats, chickens and cows.

    Arthur and Veronika are very friendly hosts, ready to help you in any time. The response time was very short and the answers accurate. We love the idea of the farm opened to guest - you can meet and pet various of animals and feel the countryside vibe :) The apartment was prepared perfectly. You can feel they put a lot work in details. The materials and equipment are in high quality. This is a great location for the skiers, less than 10 minutes by car to Alpe di Siusi Resort and 30 minutes to Val Gardena Resorts (St. Christina, Selva).

    I really liked the atmosphere of coziness of the house with all his beautiful wooden fornitures and the view of the mountain is really breath-taking. The house has everything you need inside. It Is a suitable apartament both for families and couple, moreover is pet-friendly, that is the reason why i have decided to retur for the second time.

    The hotel is very clean and welcoming. Room was refreshed/cleaned every day (big thanks to Ecaterina). .Silence location even if there is a main road 50 m away..Swimming pool is very cozy and nice, we were always alone in there. Location is walking distance from the old city center. Host has a nice dog which has a designated area at the floor. (no issues at all like in the previous reviews)

    Polzhof is a quiet farm located slightly outside of Castelrotto (they have fresh eggs available to buy). The location is great (not too far from Seiser Alm), very peaceful and easily accessible by car. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities (including a moka pot for coffee), so you can easily prepare breakfast for yourself. We had a dog with us, so pets are allowed, but there is an extra fee.
