it was clean and the host was very friendly. the room is spacious, it has AC and the bathroom has a nice size. we arrived 30 min earlier than we thought and it was not a problem. we had free parking just in front. it takes 18 min (by car) to go to the beach in one direction and 18 min (by car) to go to San Marino in the other direction.

Great breakfast with plenty of protein foods and many hours open. The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. Grazie mille!

This hotel is very good for the price. It's located in a quiet street close to the beach, and the city centre/airport/mall can be reached within 20 minutes by bus. The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious. Overall we had a great experience and would 100% book again!

Above expectations. We stayed 4 nights and felt like at home. Host is super kind and helpful, the apartment is brand new, spacious and fully equipped. We traveled with our two dogs and they had a great time too. Even the neighbors are very friendly!

    It's half way between SanMarino and Rimini which is axcatly what we wanted. There're a super market and several restaurants around a few minutes by car. The room is clean, big, modern and with lots of light from the window. The owner was very kind to accomodate our late check-in request.
