Everything was so well fixed up until the details. Loved the old building, but also that every facility was very modern. Think about a good bed, an airconditioning, a good bathroom, etc. There was even a fridge and a water kettle in the room. Exceptional was also the lovely hostess and the way she mentioned there was no real breakfast, weather in fact, there was. The surprised us with home-made vegan cake and vegan croissants. Finally, the village of Gravedona is very pittoreske and the accommodation is very centrally located in an area with cute alleys. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Amazing hospitality of the owner make us feeling supper nice and welcomed. The view was absolutely great and the quietness was what I really needed. I really loved the place and my choice of stay. Amazing family for BBQ and cooking. Would definitely choose the same place if I return.

Great location with amazing view just like shown in the photos. Perfect quiet town. Great sandwich place walking distance by the lake. The neighbors are very nice and welcoming. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. Bonus: heated floors in the bathroom. The host provides bicycles and it is a great option to explore the area. Keep going down the hill along the lake and over the bridge, make a left and you will enjoy a bike ride along the lake with no cars…great cafe for a coffee break on the way. Couldn’t ask for a more relaxing and enjoyable weekend!!

Despite we are quite late for check in Francesca has waited for us till midnight. When we arrived she has warm welcomed. Very clean rooms and well designed furniture. You can take a walk in the morning with a wonderful view of Como Lake. After that you can take nice breakfast of Francesca. We decided to extend our stay but it was booked fully. Francesca helped us for finding a place.

    The owers were nice and accomodating. There are 2 dogs, countless cats and some donkeys in the proprerty which add some fun to the setting. Its possible to have dinner there, and I recomend. Good home made food whith house wine made us feel very confortable and welcoming. The breakfast was very good as well with some fresh scrambles eggs. Top service! I'd stay there again for sure!

    Everything was great. The room was beautiful and spacious. A pet friendly renovated old house, right in the center of Gravedona. Claudia, the hostess is very kind and friendly and she prepared the best breakfast for us! In general, the communication with Claudia and the amenities provided exceed the expectations.
