Paola is wonderful. We arrived late and she still met us the moment we arrived. Gave excellent instructions and guidance. The apartment is elegant and super clean. Had everything we needed. The location is spectacular. We also rented a 40hp boat from NAUTICA COSTANTINI and he was fabulous. Best vacation ever!

It was very central, with easy and free parking nearby, shops, restaurants, a grocery store and the ferry within a stone's throw. Late check-in was no problem since they have a very popular restaurant downstairs open until late. It also had a good bakery breakfast and coffee.

The staff were very sympathetic to us, they had always good advices on where to eat and what to visit. The place was ultra clean, with some great and classy decorations. The room had every amenities you could need during your stay, and some extra (candies and tea). The bed was confortable. The breakfast was perfect, it was more on the sweet side, but as french, we enjoyed it to the fullest. There were some great and local products. The b&b is near Stresa (10 min by car). The hosts are amazing, very welcoming and helpful! The house is beautiful and we really loved the village of Cossogno. Recommended for sure. The room was tidy and nice with an own balcony, and we slept like babies in the bed. Cossogno is really cute with old stone houses. There's a nice path through the village on tiny alleys to see the Roman bridge and stream. You can walk other way via crucis above the village. There's a nice local restaurant 100m away and the hosts can make a reservation for you. Tip: you don't have to order antipasto, primo and secondo, we were really stuffed after 2,5 dishes and couldn't finish everything.

The place is so beautiful, we had a lake view room and it was incredible. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, the service is great. Highly recommended. A unique experience to stay on this tiny island, and boats and ferry available at all times.
