Although he doesn't speak English, it was super easy to use Google translate to communicate. The location was very central, close to shopping, tons of great food options. Only a 20 minute walk to the ferries and about 25 to the trains. Gennaro walked me through the apartment and showed me around, the place is well kept and super clean and he is dog friendly.
