Location from the train station 15 min walk. Location to the beach 10 min walk. Restaurant all near by. Property very clean, rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and good size bathroom. Balcony was great for drying out bathing suits and towels. Pool was great for cooling off after a day at the beach. Breakfast was really good. Best we had in Italy. Lots to chose from and fresh. The hotel Staff was what really stood out for me. The Reception staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Our housekeeper was amazing and did a great job cleaning our room. The breakfast staff were really good had my espresso brought to my table every morning. They also have bikes you can ride for free! 1st come 1st serve. The hotel also offers beach chair promotions with an umbrella. Cheaper if you rent from hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly and has spoken fluent English. The room was cozy and the room service came every day to clean it up. We had 2 min walk to the beach but the hotel has it's own pool with lifeguard. We had excellent time and I would recommend hotel Augustea to anyone.

What a beautiful property & gardens. We felt so relaxed here and wish we stayed longer than a one night stop- over. The staff were all so welcoming & friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the gardens. The spa and shower were a special touch.

The host and the apartment is great! Giancarlo is amazing and very hospitable. He came pick us up and drop us from/to the train station. He also provided fresh fruits from his garden. He has lots of treats for us too! He really went his way to make us feel comfortable. The apartment is also amazing! It is actually bigger compared to what you see in the photos. It is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a bus stop near it. It is complete. It has everything you need. Amazing amazing!

Totally exceeded my expectations! This place is like a 4-star gem. The breakfast spread is next level, the staff is incredibly warm and friendly, and the level of cleanliness is absolutely on point.     A very helpful, friendly and kind owner Claudio made our holidays wonderful. The room was very cozy, clean and has everything necessary for the comfort. We were traveling with our dog Guido and were happy to find this pet-friendly Villa. It is very close to the sea and best restaurants are in 5-7 min walk.     Room lead onto a huge terrace with a beautiful view of the beach. Spacious room with a large bathroom. Pets allowed. Friendly staff. Clean room. Perfect location right on the beach and has a lovely restaurant beneath it named bounty. Our room had little touches from the beach which were really sweet (shells hanging from the lights above the bed).

    The location is top - near the beach, restaurants, shops, and events. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is pet friendly and my corgi loved it. They gave out discount vouchers for the beach (unlike previous years the beach wasn't included in the price but with the discount, it was almost the same). The staff was really friendly. Even though my dog was afraid and barking at the cleaning lady, she took the time to comfort him and show that she is not a treat, and that made the stay for my dog (and my wife and me) much more pleasant.
