This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I am convinced this is the best Double Tree anywhere. The property is spectacularly clean. It’s tastefully decorated and aesthetically pleasant. The icing on the cake is the phenomenal staff! Concierge was consistently efficient, professional and helpful. Room service was excellent and the food was amazing. I don’t usually finish every bite but this time I certainly did. Housekeeping always did a beautiful job. The cute place where they serve tea and pastries, across from the restaurant - also amazing. I could go on. But in a nutshell this place is a must see, must stay.

The location was so convenience to the metro, supermarket, and the restaurants. The owner was nice and friendly. She kept the place very clean, specially she had almost every little things that we needed while staying at the place.

I love the fact that it’s a “home” — it’s an apartment / flat. It’s also just the right size, spacious enough to accommodate 2 people and it has separate sleeping rooms / areas. It’s also equipped with a big fridge, plates and utensils, basic cookware, and induction stove. The host Ms. Mariane is also gracious and very helpful in providing tips and suggestions. Plus she also provided toiletries (shampoo / moisturizers / etc.) and towels for us. Check-in / check-out was also a breeze and I love that everything is automated. It’s also nearby a lot of bus and train stations, restaurants, and convenience stores— perfect when commuting or for last minute errands.
