Our stay at Swan Lake Habarana was fantastic. Kalhara was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond—organizing a cultural evening, a great safari trip, and arranging tuk-tuks at fair prices. He helped with everything before, during, and after our stay. The guesthouse was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by nature. The breakfast was also very good! Highly recommended!

Truly one of the most beautiful free places I have ever seen. Hospitality is top notch. The whole family including Mahinda is very kind. We were treated well. The food was delicious. The birds singing in the morning brightened our day. I cannot fault this property. It is exceptional value for money, the facilities are great, big bathroom, great pool, ac and fan and the staff were incredibly nice. We were checking out at 5am to climb Sigiriya rock and so weren’t able to have breakfast, however they offered to make us sandwich’s instead which was incredibly kind.

Absolutely wonderful location, with an amazing view from sigiryiya from your breakfast table. It's a few side roads away from the main road, but still pretty close, walkable in daylight, and just a quick car/tuk tuk ride at night. Room is very basic as expected, but very clean. Keep in mind that it's located in nature close to rice fields, so we did end up finding a frog in our bathroom 😅 host will ask you what style of breakfast you would like in the morning
