What did we like….everything! From check in to check out this was a lovely stay. Beautifully refurbished older building with caring staff. Guadalupe and Maggie at reception were amazing and Daniela in the restaurant was always there to accommodate our needs. Our room was just amazing (#7 which I think is the presidential suite). Large, quiet and well laid out with comfortable beds and high quality linens. The location was steps from a wonderful restaurant (santoua) and a short flat walk to the zocalo. This was the perfect stay and is very highly recommended.

This was my third time staying here, and I can happily say each time I've been nothing but impressed with the quality of this hotel. Every detail is thoughtful, considered and beautiful.
