The house was immaculately presented, felt like it was a very cared for house. Beds were comfortable, a quiet location very close to the city central. Having very stupidly locked ourselves out one day, Steve very kindly came over promptly from the other side of Rotorua to let us in, was much appreciated.

The owner met us at the door and gave us a big hug and welcomed us in. She was so nice and just gave us a quick rundown of the property. She was really nice. The house was really spacious. We only stayed one night but it would be perfect for longer stays with plenty of room. The beds were really comfortable as well.

We love everything about our stay. We had everything we needed in abundance, from kitchen supplies, firewood, cleaning equipment, beddings, to entertainment in general! Our host was there at our arrival to give us all the directions and tips, so we felt at home all along! Thank you !!! ❤️

    Awesome for pets, super cheap so of course you get what you pay for. It’s good if you just need somewhere to sleep while you go out and about. Very welcoming of our dog & was aloud to have him in the room with us! A lot of cats around but we didn’t have a problem with that.
