Great location just a few blocks from the Plaza. The owners Pedro and his lovely wife were so accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Secure parking.

It is a small village within the village of Chivay. Very nice rooms/ bungalows. The restaurant is very good and convenient if you are here for a short stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The location is fantastic, staff is super friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful and hot springs are taken care of and very enjoyable. We only stayed one night and wished we could stay longer. The restaurant has great food and service too. Breakfast is plentiful.

Our stay at Casa Vivencial Mama Vivi was truly unforgettable. The family was incredibly welcoming, and we had the chance to experience everyday life in the community in a very genuine way. It’s a perfect place to relax, with beautiful nature all around, thermal baths nearby, and plenty of small hikes to enjoy. Our young daughter especially loved helping feed the baby alpacas and joining in the activities with the family. The homemade meals were delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable.
