Pros: - Room rates are pretty cheap. - Amenities are ok, they also provide basic toiletries and free drinking water and other services. - Housekeepers are very accommodating, sociable and really nice. - I like the beddings, feels nice to sleep in. It's very wide, enough for 2 persons. - Housing is very clean, they can clean the room if you ask. - They have laundry/iron self-service. Very nice for extended stay. Cons: - The walls are kinda dilapidated, need some paint. - Room I stayed is cheap, no A/C so it was very hot. - Area is pretty far from any convenience store, need tricycle rides for repeated travel. - Toilet area isn't bad, but it's shared/public. - The door lock is pretty flimsy. Doesn't lock properly if not attended.

Facilities are new and strictly no smoking in rooms and hallway so you wont smell any cigarette. They have roof top if you want to smoke. Location is just few minutes away from known tourist destinations and few walks from market and restaurants. Value for money compare to other hotels plus free parking. Cleanliness was good i never see or smell any old garbage. Staff all were so friendly and helpful. Plus they have a wonderful Taal lake view that you can see from your room and balcony. I highly recommend this place and definitely will stay here again when we come back in few months.

I like that the location is just 10-15 mins away from our office. There are several stores within the vicinity. Metro and ATC are just walking distance from the condo. Check-in and out process was easy. The unit had cooking and eating utensils, foldable table and chairs for dining. The administrator also provided another modem since the 1st modem was not working. Communication with the admin was also easy as he/she was responsive on every inquiry and assistance that I asked for. The is also a washing machine and enough clothes hanger. Water supply is also good, never had an issue. Elevator was fast.
