Very friendly and helpful staff. Acco is fully equipped with attention to detail. The rooms look like someones actual apartment who loves to live there. What a contrast to all the other hotels I have visited in PH. I come back here if I am back in town.

The owners are the BEST. Virginia is so kind and accommodating. I rented a room for my sister and her new husband right after their wedding. Ms. Virginia even allowed us to rent the garden room downstairs to do a pre-wedding photo shoot which was so nice of her. My sister said the rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated, they even included robes for both of them. The European style breakfast was delicious and complimentary which was a huge blessing. The views from their balcony room were stunning. 10 out of 10, highly recommend to everyone. Our family will absolutely stay here again in the future.

First and foremost the Host is very kind. Anything that you will ask her, she will gave answers promptly. Second, the place is very clean. You can consider this place as a second home since it’s very comfortable to stay. The guards and the receptionists they were also very kind, they’re always willing to assist you every time your asking around the area.
