I loved the location, but it might not be for everyone. You do need to get a scooter and it is away from the more touristy areas. There were bonuses for me, but maybe not for everyone. The staff and the people in the area in general were really friendly and helpful. I loved Siquijor!!!

Complete peace up in the mountains. Rooms are quite large (larger than expected) with a cute hammock overlooking the hill. You can open the wall up right at the bed for a gorgeous view of the hills and stars. As soon as you enter the property, you feel like walking into heaven. Best pure drinking cacao they make on site! The owners are very friendly and open to showing you around to their edible plants etc on the land. Other guests were also doing personal tours around the island. The road getting there is attrocious, but you can park at the entrancce and walk the .5km in if you don't want to motorbike it (a beautiful walk!). No wifi, which is what we wanted for our stay.

A very peaceful quiet part of the island. Awesome sun rises and sets.50m along the main road was an a-mazing restaurant Ayans food.... don't miss going...food was exceptional. Staff at the villa we're brilliant... could not fault.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea LaVie Guesthouse. The owner is accommodating and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The location is also very strategic—it’s just along the street heading to the Provincial Hospital of Siquijor, making it accessible and easy to find. Another thing we really appreciated is that while brownouts are common in Siquijor, the area where the guesthouse is located rarely experiences power interruptions, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, Sea LaVie Guesthouse is a great choice for anyone visiting Siquijor.
