The staff was very friendly, the rooms clean, heating was perfect in the room, hot water as well. The food is to die for, great taste and big portions. The steam room and pool facilities were cleans and not crowded.

The owner, Carmen, is a one-of-a-kind person. She truly cares enormously about her guests feeling great, and leaving happy. The food she offered was of high quality, mostly home-made, and with love. Altogether the place still needs improvements, but Carmen has extraordinary plans to make it into a first-class, welcoming resort, that can accommodate both wealthy, but also not-so-wealthy tourists. If anyone deserves good fortune, Carmen and her husband are it. It was by far the most welcoming place we stayed in Romania, and that says a lot, considering the Romanian hospitality everywhere. We hope from all our hearts that all your dreams for Rusticanna come true! And we hope to come back one day to see them accomplished. Good luck!!!
