Everything was great. The owner was kind, helpful, attentive, and easy to talk to. He gave all the information about the city and was kind enough to drop me off at the airport. The breakfast was nice and fresh and he was sitting with me at the breakfast table and talking about his life and how he has built this business. The hotel is basically a misleading place as it's name is saying Van Orient but it's 30KM outside van. Staff cannot speak english. i booked two rooms but was given only one room. i booked for 3 nights but then i left after staying there for one night. hotel is poor in every aspects. I lost my money for nothing...... there were other groups of people there who were also complaining about the name and the location of the hotel. it's the worst selection i have ever done with Booking.com

We stayed at the Pars Palace Hotel with our family. We booked several rooms on different floors and had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly - I have never seen such attentive service in any hotel I have visited. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and warm. If we travel to Van again, I know I will be happy to return to this hotel. I highly recommend it if you are considering a trip to Van.
