The location of this hotel was thoroughly adequate, nicely placed far enough away from the front of the war of Russian aggression to give peace of mind. The beds were comfortable. We got a decent night sleep which was our main purpose for staying here.

The apartment is cozy, spacious, warm, and very beautiful! Out the window you can see the local outdoor market (at which I bought a new winter coat!) and the ATB is literally just downstairs, along with a meat market, bakery, and even sushi across the street. There is also a McDonalds within walking distance, and so it a bar with good beer. I had to extend my stay by two nights due to a change in schedule and the US elections, and the host was easily able to accomodate me. The staff is very kind and the apartment was very clean!
