The location of the hotel is amazing, right on the shopping strip and minutes walk to the Waikiki beach. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, we had a double for a family of two adults and two kids, balcony with partial sea view. The pool area is nice but gets very busy. The hotel offered complimentary sunrise yoga by the pool which was a lovely experience. Laundry room was an added bonus. The hotel shop was fully stocked with all sorts of necessities. Would definitely recommend staying here! A note of appreciation for the housekeeper in charge of our floor, Zhi Yi, for her hospitality, made our stay memorable!

Our room was very spacious. It had two queen size beds that were really comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious, had a very good and powerful shower. There was also a mini-fridge. The resort was really nice, there were a lot of sunbeds and the pool was cool and nice. The staff was wonderful. There were also several stores and great restaurants.

The place is clean, nothing luxurious but really good. The staff was always very nice and kind. We loved that it's just across the street from the beach so we could easily go back and forth if we needed anything or go back for our child to nap. Also the free beach equipment rentals are a lifesaver! We would definitely stay here again.

    We loved the location close to the zoo and a big park for walking. We really enjoyed meeting the various dogs and dog owners in this pet friendly hotel. Staff were amazing. We arrived early and got into a room immediately with a complimentary upgrade.

    Disgusting and very noisy! The room and beds smelled of mildew and animals. It is a pet friendly hotel, so you will hear a lot of barking dogs and will sleep in the same bedding that other people’s cats and dogs! It has minimal soundproofing, walls are very thin and your front door has an inch wide crack on top and bottom, so you can hear traffic noise and garbage trucks all night. This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel!!! Location is convenient and staff was nice.

    The shuttle service was great and on time, it really takes just a few minutes to reach the hotel from the airport! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. You can reach Waikiki by taxi (20 minutes circa) or by bus (50 minutes circa). We did not have our cat with us, but the hotel is pet-friendly, which is nice!

    One of the only reasons we chose this hotel was because they are pet friendly. The walls are so thin that my dog was startled every time someone opened and closed their doors in the hall. The bed were hard and uncomfortable. The fridge was leaking and didn’t work properly. We were there for jus 1 night so it was ok. But I wouldn’t want to stay there longer
