The reason I gave them the low score is because the staff at this location are prejudice against handicapped people. The front desk staff charged me a $50 pet fee for my certified service dog in violation of federal law. Being deaf my dog is trained to alert me to door bells phone ringing, fire and CO2 alarms. Without my dog I couldn't travel for my business. I have never had a hotel charge me a pet fee for my service dog before. The staff at this hotel needs training.Guest review byFentonSolo traveler
