United StatesLocation was about a half hour away from Helen which was the reason for our stay, Oktoberfest in Downtown Helen Ga. This hotel was one of the last available for the weekend. It has a Mexican restaurant just a few yards away and Starbucks less than a half mile. Also I didn’t realize that I missed breakfast when I went down at 9:20am and the associate turned on the juice machine for me which was very nice.

Since it was a budget friendly hotel I was pleasantly surprised how clean and large the rooms are. The beds were comfy and the pillows were great. The furnishings and bath fixtures were newer. The Tile around garden tub needs to be extended to the entire room as carpet around bed had a moldy odor. Shower had good water pressure and plently of hot water. Location was quiet after 9pm with no noisy truck traffic. The Check out Gal was very nice to talk to and informative about local events.
