Located in Sevan, Rancho on Sevan beach by HV offers accommodation with seating area. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. We checked in quickly and without any problems after 6 PM. The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car.

Moreni Guest House is a recently renovated guest house in Gavarr, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. The property has mountain and garden views. I enjoyed the stay very much. Throughout the whole stay from the arrival until the departure, I felt very welcome. The guest family even invited me to eat dinner with them, I enjoyed the time with them a lot. All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.

Port Ayas Resort & Restaurants features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Sevan. Guests can enjoy mountain views. At the hotel, each room includes a wardrobe. Very good location, excellent staff, tasty food, clean room. Interesting museum and ship. We will definitely stay here again!

PATATES Guesthouse - Private Villa with Garden Near Lake Sevan, Martuni is a recently renovated villa in Martuni, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. The house is very spacious, fully equipped with everything we needed, and made us feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden – it’s large, well maintained, and our kids loved spending hours playing outside. It was the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway.

Armenian Camp, Sevan has a garden, private beach area, a shared lounge and terrace in Artanish. Among the various facilities of this property are a bar and a ski pass sales point. We visited after the high season had ended, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The beach was beautiful, and our room with a large balcony was the perfect place to read and watch sunsets. We enjoyed a few blissful, slower-paced days - much needed after all the hikes! The staff really make this place special - the ladies working in the kitchen were truly outstanding, and the home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. Wonderful hospitality! Thank you!
