There is a lot of character and authenticity to this guesthouse which makes for an amazing stay. Norik is very helpful and kind and could answer all my questions about the area. The breakfast is also very nice and plentiful.

Here's the corrected version: We stayed at *Rancho by HV* for three wonderful days and had a fantastic experience. The property is beautifully located — close to the shores of Lake Sevan, yet far enough from the noise and crowds to feel peaceful and secluded. The house itself is built to a high standard, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The grounds are spacious, well-maintained, and filled with fruit trees that bear delicious seasonal fruit guests are welcome to enjoy. Although the owners are not on-site, they are highly responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Greta, who is in charge of maintaining the place — warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. A truly special place we would love to return to!

I enjoyed the stay very much. Throughout the whole stay from the arrival until the departure, I felt very welcome. The guest family even invited me to eat dinner with them, I enjoyed the time with them a lot. All in all, it was a perfect stay. It's only a pity that I only stayed one night ;) If you are in the area, you have to stay at Moreni Guest House.

All of the staff at the hotel were kind and friendly people, from management to restaurant. The room and the enviroments were clean and comfortable. We would have loved to stay there longer. The house was superb The lawn was phenomenal The facilities and amenities were great The hosts were very caring and attentive, even gifted us some apricots The sound system was really cool (once I rewired it to actually work in stereo) Water supply was awesome and better than anywhere else in Armenia

I am sure everybody who likes active recreation, nature, silence, good homemade food, and genuinely kind and sincere people will appreciate it. I can’t recommend it enough. Our room was cozy and equipped with everything necessary. We especially enjoyed our terrace with a lake view. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners prepared by Vardui and Marjam were delicious (honestly, way better than in fancy Yerevan restaurants). While my mother was chilling out on the beach and reading on the terrace, I went on solo and group hikes (organized by the host Samvel and guided by a local guide David) and on canoe trips. There is also a bar on the lake shore that serves local wine, cognac, and more and has a special atmosphere and an exceptional bartender Tanya. Armenian camp is a place to come back to.
