Staff were best ever encountered anywhere. Couldn't do enough to help us out with visiting grandchildren. Advised us of local sites to visit. We stayed 4 nights. Absolutely fantastic. Roger went above and beyond my expectations, not only with the beautiful accommodation but also by providing food and alcohol—something you definitely don’t get at a motel! My three days there were wonderfully pleasant and deeply relaxing. I’m already looking forward to coming back next week for another four days!

20 km from Australia Zoo, "On Burgum Pond" Cottages is a recently renovated property set in Maleny and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. With lake views, this accommodation features a patio. Guests can use the hot tub, or enjoy garden views. Everything! The location was quiet but only a couple of minutes to town. The cottage is very spacious with everything we needed and more. The breakfast provised was delicious and there was plenty of it. The fresh bread and local eggs were particularly yummy.
