Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Frutt Mountain (Lago Lodge)! The hotel was incredibly kid-friendly and baby-friendly, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. For the kids, there was a game room with a bowling alley, a cinema room, and even Lego plates at the kids’ buffet – such a fun touch! For our baby, they provided everything we needed, including a baby bathtub, baby body wash, diapers, and wipes. At dinner, they even had a special infant chair for babies who can’t hold their heads up yet – we were so impressed by the thoughtfulness. The whole place was spotless and very well organized. The buffet and sit-down dinner were both extremely delicious. The staff made our stay extra special – Lucca, the manager, was incredibly helpful, our server Stefan was wonderful, and the two ladies at the front desk were so kind. Our room had a breathtaking view, as if we were staying right inside a Scottish loch. Walking around the lake and seeing the cows nearby was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children. We’ll definitely be back!

Hotel Waldegg - Adults only má vyvýšenou jižní polohu v Engelbergu. Nabízí panoramatický výhled na hory, wellness centrum s krytým bazénem a restauraci. The heart of this property is the staff. I have never met such pleasant people before. They truly love what they do. We ate on premises at both of the restaurants. Both are equally good. Food is Michelin worthy!!! Hats off to the chef. You never need to go anywhere else for your meals!!! The rooms are spotless. Super clean, cozy, and breathtaking views from room balcony. Breakfast was one of the best we have had across our tour through out Europe. Our server was lovely! Isolde and other front desk staff were super helpful. Very friendly. Restaurant staff was incredibly attentive. Best dining experience! We will return for sure! Housekeeping was spot on. Very friendly lady that catered to our requests with a smile. We can’t wait to return to this place. It’s become our new favorite.

Tento 3hvězdičkový hotel v rustikálním stylu s 12 pokoji se nachází na idylickém, slunném a klidném místě na okraji vesnice a nabízí nádherný panoramatický výhled na okolní hory. The hotel was slightly out of town so it was lovely and quiet area. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

Historický Jugendstilhotel Paxmontana, postavený v roce 1896 v secesním stylu, stojí na kopci v krásné lokalitě v kantonu Obwalden a získal mnoho ocenění. breakfast was generous and full of options. eggs were only available after 9am due to internal meetings before..I thought that was rather unusual.
