The concierge (Melvin) was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my stay; providing me with tips of where to visit, arranging my transportation and trips. This made my stay even more worthwhile and made me feel like a valued customer.

The facilities were great and my room was bigger than expected (great value for money!) and even though I arrived a little late due to airport delays the restaurant/bar was still open and I could get something to eat and drink.
