They also helped us get airport transfer. They also saved breakfast for us when we came back from the Penguin tour. Later in the week, even when we were not staying with them, they allowed us to camp at their place for a couple of hours to wait for the airport taxi. The warmth we felt was incredible. Thanks for making the stay memorable for us.

They were very helpful with giving me tips and ideas on what to do in the area especially during the off season. The facility is also clean and cozy. The kitchen has great amenities for cooking while also having a great view from the window! Would highly recommend staying here!

Featuring inner courtyard views, Cabañas Bosque Austral features accommodation with patio, around 2.8 km from Punta Arenas Beach. This apartment provides free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The apartment features family rooms. Our family of three stayed two times one night at the Cabañas on our way to the airport. They are relatively new, very well equipped (great shower), nicely decorated and clean. They are ideal for 2 people but it was very comfortable for three for short stays. They are located in a residential and quiet area. It is about a 30 min walk to the center and a taxi costs around 2.000 pesos. The owner is also very helpful and breakfast is included (bread, cereals, yoghurt, ....). We certainly recommend it!

The apartment features family rooms. Great for our staging days before the W-trek! Loved the comfortable bed, coffee maker (rare in Chile), and in-suite washing machine. We were able to safely leave our luggage.

The property has garden and city views, and is 1.7 km from Municipal Museum of History. Each room has a patio with views of the lake. I stayed there few nights because i needed some rest after my trek and this camping was just perfect for this. There is a nice common room, warm and cozy, with a great kitchen, lot of big tables for eating, chating or watching a movie every night at 9. The bathroom is super clean. The campsite is not too big, the staff is super nice and the view over the city is incredible! It’s only 3 minutes by walk from the bus station and a supermarket. It’s 15/20 minutes from the city center. Wifi is also super good, in the common room and outside. You can rent a locker during your stay or during your trek in Torres del Paine. They also offer laundry and bike rental.

Location was at centre of all shopping complex,host Nicole & team was very accommodating & very genuine as with all locals in Puerto Natalles.Its a very unique set up if you're into camping & meeting like minded people regarding tackling the "O" or "W" track especially if one couldn't make reservation for campsites,Nicole was very helpful in negotiating this problem with me as she herself & husband are both pro hikers themselves.I have no negative but all praise for their professionalism & dedication towards their business but foremost in looking after their clients & their well being while being there.Cheers Nicole
