The hotel is situated in a very good location with amazing views of the river. We had our room upgraded for free by the hotel manager and it felt like we hit the jackpot there. The manager of the hotel was super kind and also took us for a free tour around the city in their fancy Tesla car. He showed us interesting areas, gave recommendations where to go and what areas are just overrated so we can spend our time in the city meaningfully. The facility is well maintained and it offers great service for an affordable price.

The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Yangtze River and the glittering Hongyadong Scenic Area. Every night, I sat by the window with a cup of tea, watching the city lights twinkle—it felt like a dream. The location is unbeatable too, just a 10-minute walk to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, making it super easy to grab local snacks like Chongqing noodles and hot pot. The staff were warm and friendly, and their English was excellent, helping me book a day trip to Ciqikou Old Town without any trouble. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to Chongqing!

The service of the homestay is also very thoughtful. The stay experience is superb. The room is spacious and bright. The decoration style is simple and fashionable, making one feel exceptionally warm. If you are planning to travel to Chongqing, this hotel is definitely your best choice. I sincerely recommend it!
