The property was built in 2022, and features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. We never regretted booking with Dream in Fenghuang and we would definitely come back again. What we loved the most was the hospitality of the owner. Since we were all girls he kindly upgraded us to their best room without any additional fee 😊. Everything was well arranged from pick-up to drop-off at the train station. Because our train the next day was very early around 6 am he even packed eggs and fruits for us to take as breakfast. The location is also great just a few steps away from the busy and lively party side of the river. Overall I highly recommend this family hotel.

Great location with a market outside every evening and walking distance from the main park entrance. Would definitely recommend this place for people visiting Zhangjiajie National Park.

Situated in Zhangjiajie, 700 metres from Yuanjiajie, 武陵山水客栈Wuling Shanshui Hotel features views of the mountain. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a shared lounge and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is set 19 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. We had a very pleasant stay here at this hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, even with the tatami beds we felt that it was cozy and the bed was spacious for 2 person to roll around. The rooms are clean and had all necessities, they even provided welcome snacks and drink for us when we arrived, and gave us a bag of extra snacks when we left! There’s a laundry washing machine for free available on the top floor. The staff were very nice and friendly, they ensured that we have everything we need and made us feel very welcome. I saw her patiently using a translator app to help non-Chinese speaking foreigners too. The location is just nice 10mins walk from the bus station, and about 15-20mins walk to the entrance of the park. We would had loved to stay longer if we can! Super recommended++

At the guest house, every unit is equipped with a desk and a TV. Just next to the ancient town, the owner was extremely helpful and spoke English. Do not attempt to the place on your own as we did :) The owner offers to wait for you at the bus stop/taxi stop and accompany you to the hotel, which is only a couple of minutes away.

The place is very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is also worth it - the dumplings are delicious, so definitely choose this option!

The hotel is within a 10-minute walking distance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (Wulingyuan entrance), which is extremely convenient. We got a free room upgrade when we got there and the staff was extremely helpful. They asked us how many days we planned on visiting the park (which was 1 day) and they talked us through an entire route we could take to make the most of our day. They also provided us with a map and helped us book our entrance tickets. We literally saw the entire park during this one day. It was perfect. They also offer free usage of washing machines, which we desperately needed. The breakfast was ok. The room was quite spaceous, really comfortable and had a nice bath and bidet toilet. Would definitely stay here again!
