We were glad that the receptionist waited for us for some minutes past 8pm as they finish working at 8pm. We travelled with bicycles and we could safely park then in a closed area within the hotel. All was perfect!

Breakfast was great as always, this time I enjoyed it outside on the terrace. Complimentary water is always a nice touch after a long drive. Friendly staff.

Located in Regensburg, Green Spirit Hotel has a garden and a terrace. The property is around 3.6 km from Cathedral Regensburg, less than 1 km from Stadtamhof and 1 km from Old Stone Bridge. Modern lovely place! I loved how artsy it was all around the areas. The room was quite standard but very comfy and satisfying. Shower with great with warm water all the time even when it was snowing outside.

This unique hotel is a historic 300-year-old former prison built into the historic wall in Amberg, just 350 metres from the town hall square. Hotel Fronfeste takes the prison theme to the extreme, in the best possible way. They even have a "prison escape" adventure that other guests participated (we did not), in which they wore striped uniforms, that made the whole experience feel more lighthearted and fun. On a more serious side, I work in corrections in the US, and it was interesting to me to see the structure and construction of this authentic medieval prison. The staff was very, very friendly and super helpful and nice. (If you are the type who would not like to have casual, personal conversation with the staff, this may not be the place for you.)

Set in a historic building that was a hotel for emperors in former centuries, Hotel Goldenes Kreuz is centrally located in Regensburg. WiFi access and private parking are available for an extra... The location and the service are excelent. Historical building with modern comfort. They are realy good.

Nastanitev Großzügig und super zentral je v Regensburgu, le nekaj korakov od znamenitosti glavna železniška postaja Regensburg in manj kot 1 km od znamenitosti Regensburška katedrala, ter nudi predel... Exactly what is says in the title - very spacious and super central. This very large and clean apartment is right beside the railway station (but still very quiet and safe) and in easy walking distance to the historical centre through beautiful public parks. The kitchen is very well equipped and a grocery shop is right across in the station, so self catering is easy. But is it really necessary when there are so many good restaurants in the centre?
