NH Collection Copenhagen never failed me. This was the second time of me staying here. We arrived early around 8.30am. I get to check in to my room without any extra charge. Room was clean as usual and the service from receptionist was top notch as usual. Will definitely stay at NH Copenhagen again when I visit Copenhagen in the future.

Charlottehaven is located on Østerbro in Copenhagen and has large hotel suites and fully furnished, serviced apartments. This hotel has a cafe, well-equipped gym and pool. Good location. Very quiet, close to S train and metro. The pool, gym and sauna are exceptional. Well equipped and comfortable room. Helpful staff.

We liked how the location was right in the middle between the airport and city. It was accessible by train and metro which made getting around much easier. the hosts were so nice to talk to and get to know and were so accommodating and it felt like we lived in a home for a few days.
