A recently renovated guest house in Sigchos, Starlight Mountain Lodge offers children's playground, private parking and sports facilities. I spent one night at this lodge before starting the Quilotoa Loop and I absolutely loved it. It feels just like home — the welcome was so warm and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious and very generous. The view is stunning, and you can enjoy it from your bed, the dining area, and all around the outdoor spaces. I highly recommend this place, especially for the kindness of the people.

Staff were excellent. Meals were huge and we always felt full. Very accommodating. Rooms were large and comfy, beds had very comfortable blankets. Showers had hot water.

Delicious food.
