Every member of the team we met was uber friendly, the reception team were fabulous. All of them are efficient, helpful and warm, it felt like they were genuinely happy to work there and look after guests. They were very pet friendly & little touches like a dog bed, bowl and treats were a nice touch.
Location - plenty to do and see around, lovely part of the old town, good choice of food and drink. Lovely rooftop bar - views over the city. Staff - excellent, helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean, comfortable, light and airy. (Match the pictures perfectly) Welcome bottle of cava, bottles of water. Very dog friendly- provided dog bed, bowls and treats. Beautiful atrium with glass roof. Parking - 2 mins away, staff take the keys and park for you.
We had the best time. Pet friendly and lot of outdoor space for our active dog to play. Nice clean and cozy rooms. We had everything we needed. And the pool outside the room was the highlight (we like the cold water ;)). Location was very good as the beach was close and city near. Very friendly and good service.
The location is perfect, the host very responsive and nice, the entire place beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There is heating in the rooms. The place is pet-friendly, so we could travel with our dog. The ultimate bonus is a very nicely served and delicious breakfast. The host even took care of my gluten-intolerance, so I was served gluten-free bread. Yu can also taste from the selection of home-made jams.

From start to finish we had an amazing stay here. So much so that we booked an extra night. Location is perfect, quiet but only a 9 minute drive to Sotogrande port. The host Jesus was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The villa is pet friendly which is great for us because we always travel with our small dog. Our Room and bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be returning.
