I could not have asked for more during my two night stay. Communication with the host was excellent and she was incredibly helpful as I needed to arrange delivery of my luggage in advance of my arrival. Not only is the apartment very well located, it is also impeccably designed. But more importantly, it is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and then some. I immediately felt like home and would undoubtedly stay here again if I were to return to Santander!

For the host, if there is 100 stars I will give them 100. They provided lot of help to my questions and always response right the way. I highly recommend this property.

The apartment, set in a building dating from 2023, is 33 km from Puerto Chico and 33 km from Santander Festival Palace. Peninsula of Magdalena is 35 km from the apartment and Golf Abra del Pas is 20 km away. This was our last accommodation during a 10 week car journey through Spain, Portugal and Morocco. We stayed in several nice apartments but none of them were as good as this one. We chose a 3 bedroom apartment even though there were only 2 of us as it is a corner unit on the top floor. It is definitely worth paying a bit extra to get one of these 2 units. One of the benefits of being on the top floor is that the large balcony isn't over shadowed at all but there are awnings that can be opened up if the sun is too much. The apartment is new, contemporary, very light, well equipped and comfortable. I should point out though that 1 of the bedrooms has the window in the roof and the head space is a bit restricted. Entrance to the apartment is gained by using a QR code on your phone! There is parking on the street that can sometimes be full. However, there is a large free car park at the end of the street which is only 100 metres away. The location is great as it is very close to 3 supermarkets and many other shops. Despite being central we weren't disturbed by any noise. I rarely rate accommodation a 10 but this one definitely is.
