Easy access to the main points of interest (i.e town centre, train station, bus stations, nature, food stores). Pet-friendly (my dog got a special welcome). Warm flat, comfortable bed, kitchen has all amenities, blackout curtains in the bedroom, easy communication with the hosts. What else to wish for. Definitely a place we would come back to stay in if we go to Savonlinna again!

The building is charming and the interior is really cozy. There is vintage wallpaper and beautiful tiled stoves (functioning!) inside. The whole place has a great atmosphere. The host is a very friendly person :) There is a dog as well, she is super cute 🤍 Good breakfast, overall great value for money.

Lovely location, lots of space at the cottage with all facilities including a/c, good sauna, really nice terrace for chilling or eat outside. Owner had boat engines, bikes, supboards and more for rent. The lake is very clear and full of fish. There were some mosquitoes and horseflies but not too many. The lake is quite shallow and there are big rocks at the bottom.

Excellent location close to nature with the gorgeous Linnunlahti beach very close, but at the same time the city center is just a short bike ride away. Very good facilities (including a private sauna!) and friendly service. They rent out bicycles which is really nice for those without a car. It was a really good place to stay with kids.
