The dinner meal (CHEESE) was spectacular! The surrounding area was a joy to explore on hikes and the property itself breathtaking!

Chambres d'Hotes Lorengrain is situated in Bruyères-et-Montbérault and has a private pool and garden views. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. This is an excellent place to stay. The Host is very helpful and friendly.

Hôtel Château de la Marlière in Fourmies features 2 accommodation located in two different buildings. It features a tennis court, a garden and a terrace. My experience at this hotel was incredible. I booked my stay the day of, and they welcomed me with open arms and assisted me with all my needs. I arrived after a bike race where I had crashed, and they assisted me in getting to the hospital, finding food, and getting to my room. Beyond their wonderful assistance, their accommodations and facilities were absolutely beautiful. The Château's dining room is gorgeous and features a lovely breakfast (at additional cost) in the mornings, and the overall grounds of the hotel are very clean and calm as well. Although I was a solo traveler from the United States with an injury from the bike race, I the support from the staff at the Chateau allowed me to relax and feel at home during my stay here. So grateful for all of their support and assistance, and 100% would come again.

Offering a bar and garden view, La Besace is set in Sainte-Croix, 19 km from Laon Train Station and 37 km from Les Hautes Promenades. It was a very great stay for one night. This is nice, comfort atmosphere and the country style as my wife likes. There are a lot of flowers and birds singing outside 😊 Huge thanks Pani Agacie for her hospitality. Located halfway between Paris and Reims, this former farmhouse provides B&B accommodation with free Wi-Fi. It also offers a children’s playground, horse riding, a hot tub and massages. Breakfast and dinner were both exceptional! Dinner is just 27 euros, home cooled, and very good. The owners are friendly and engaging. The ferme was used by an American Brigade Commander as his HQ in WW1 during a part of the Battle of Belleau Wood. I used it as a home base to explore the Marne battlefields. It couldn't be more well suited for that. About a 10 minute drive to Belleau Wood and the American Cemetery. Superb 12th century market hall is in the town, 2 minutes away. Highly recommend!
