First time we went to Halkidiki and definitely we will come again! Agapaki studios is very modern and comfortable place to stay. Everything is new, we have found anything we needed. Communication with the hosts was very easy and productive. Mariam from reception was very kind and helpful. She can speak in few languages so people can easily communicate with her and get any help they may need. I highly recommend Agapaki Studios to anyone who prefers to live in modern, comfortable and clean house, just like me). Beautiful beaches around, bakery, kiosk is very close to the building. 10 minutes of walk to the taverns and town center. Always ample space for parking as well. In one word - hopefully we will find any available apartments next time we'll have holiday because with such a high level of cleanliness and comfort, everything will be booked I'm afraid. Excellent apartments for your trip to Nikiti! The location is near to the center and it’s not noisy like in the main streets. You are 10 minute walk away from the beach. Parking on the side is totally fine and safe. Super clean room, comfy, spacious and very friendly owner and staff. I fully recommend it! 😊

The strip.of beautiful beach was gorgeous and clean. We rented a kayak and rested on longe chairs We rented in the shaded tree area at the nearby Lagomandra beach , even though the hotel has a private beach area). We enjoyed the fact that the place is for adults only. Guy, the chef was lovely. The food was fresh and well seasoned. We eat a vegan diet and they made accommodation for us, but it would be wonderful if there were a few more options.

Gorgeous landscaping, lovely rooms, and an absolutely spectacular sun deck down the stairs in the sea. Breakfast was delicious, staff very friendly and cleanliness absolutely perfect.
