First time we went to Halkidiki and definitely we will come again! Agapaki studios is very modern and comfortable place to stay. Everything is new, we have found anything we needed. Communication with the hosts was very easy and productive. Mariam from reception was very kind and helpful. She can speak in few languages so people can easily communicate with her and get any help they may need. I highly recommend Agapaki Studios to anyone who prefers to live in modern, comfortable and clean house, just like me). Beautiful beaches around, bakery, kiosk is very close to the building. 10 minutes of walk to the taverns and town center. Always ample space for parking as well. In one word - hopefully we will find any available apartments next time we'll have holiday because with such a high level of cleanliness and comfort, everything will be booked I'm afraid. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The closest beach was 15 min by walk. The property also provided a pool, a nice bar and barbeque. We will definitely come back.

Excellent apartments for your trip to Nikiti! The location is near to the center and it’s not noisy like in the main streets. You are 10 minute walk away from the beach. Parking on the side is totally fine and safe. Super clean room, comfy, spacious and very friendly owner and staff. I fully recommend it! 😊

The location of the house is fantastic — only 150 meters away from Sarti's main beach! The house itself was very clean and comfortable. There is a free open parking lot just 50 meters to the right, which is super convenient. The host was extremely kind and helpful — special thanks again for the lovely gifts when we were leaving. Now, let me share some recommendations: When you leave the house and walk to the left, you’ll find a wonderful restaurant called Taverna Pirofani. You must try it! Go a bit before 7:00 PM and you’ll likely get a table without a reservation. Another great spot is Restaurant Argiris — the food was excellent. If you're craving a good gyros, Ovelix Gyros is a great choice. As for beaches, be sure to visit these three — swimming with fish is such a magical experience: Paralia Klimataria Agridia Beach (Sunbeds + umbrella for 2 people only 5 EUR — definitely try the grilled octopus!) Kalamitsi Beach You can also bring your own towel and umbrella if you prefer a free, no-cost beach experience.

La Casa Bloo Adults Only se encuentra en Elia y ofrece WiFi gratuita, piscina exterior de temporada, bar y jardín. We truly appreciated the quietness and privacy we experienced at the property. The room was clean (with daily cleaning services), spacious, and featured a huge terrace with a stunning view of the sea and sunsets. We loved the proximity to the private beach with its crystal-clear water. The pool was also amazing, but we couldn’t get enough of the sea breeze, swimming, snorkeling, and admiring the sunsets from the sunbeds. The food was delicious—very tasty, varied, and served in generous portions. We really enjoyed having the option to dine at the property’s restaurant. The drinks… oh, the cocktails! So many options—we couldn’t have asked for more. And last but not least (and perhaps the highlight of our stay): the staff! They were simply exceptional—attentive, empathetic, cheerful, and always eager to make guests feel their best. Thank you all, and congratulations on the amazing job you’re doing!

Beautiful small complex with perfectly maintained gardens and direct access to a small private beach. The house we stayed in was very comfortable, perfectly maintained and in general a high quality build/finish top to bottom.
