The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with many details to discover, such as the old wooden furniture from East Timur and the garden panorama designed according to specific slope angle. The local host in charge is an Indonesian couple. They are super friendly and willing to share life stories with guests. Cats and dogs in the facility are well taken care of. It is highly recommended to read the booklet of the "History of Rumah Lereng Bandung" during the stay. In sum, this is one of the best place that I've ever stayed.

Owner pleasant to chat with and organised his nephew to be our all day driver at a good rate and also helped plan our long day so we dont miss out on all the places we wanted to go to. He knew we where short for time so he made our breakfasts takeaway so we didn't miss out on the included breakfast. Recommend highly 👌

The villa are clean, very modern. The staff are very accomodate. We ask fr 5 towell and tey provide fr us. Kitchenwear complete. Many to ne improved But we are satisfied staying here... 😊

I arrived here late evening and decided to instead book a 1 night stay to rest before hiking up Bromo at 2am. The accommodation is overall great! The room share is spacious, the facilities are abundant (no toilet queues, they've got like 4 bathrooms available, common kitchen available if you want to cook something, and stable WIFI!!!) The journey up Bromo (or anywhere in Indo for that matter) will be the Gojeks! So, will need to have the app, some cash in hand and the bravery to haggle 😉. Really recommend this hostel for those looking to travel to Bromo. Oh, and Madakaripura is quite near this hostel.
