We really enjoyed our stay at the property, the tent was nice and clean and all the facilities were good and cozy. The location was perfect, right by the exit of the waterfall. The breakfast was delicious and they were accommodating our requests (vegan). The host was very sweet and helpful. We even got to use our room after checkout for changing clothes after the waterfall walk.

He booked me a train for the airport because the official app doesn’t work with a foreign card, for example.

Gugun is just amazing helping you with everything you need, tours, transfers you name it is a 5 star men. You can have dinner at the hotel and the food is yummy. The pool is fantastic and the gardens beautiful. I will not hesitate to stay here again if will be back in Bandung again...Excellent.
